Best Practice - Effective Schools

There are several opinions given on what are effective schools. My view of an effective school is one in which there is sustained student learning and where attainment targets are being met. There is a sense of purpose and positive interactive engagement stimulates all students in spite of ability or challenges. The site below highlights some characteristics of effective schools.
