This page presents a variety of options for administrators to upgrade skills and gain knowledge to assume a more impactive and vibrant role as instructional leaders.

Administrators have to be constantly upgrading their skills in the areas of technology, legal and ethical issues as they relate to education and the use of the Internet. In addition it is imperative that all administrators be up to date not only on curriculum education reform practices but also issues of copyright, principles of human resource management and especially on skills to deal with resolving conflict.

Effective schools can only materialize with leaders that are empowered through various professional development programs. There is no short cut to the development of resilient leaders. There are several articles that I have prepared from information gained from professors at the Cambridge College that have been made available for administrators.
